Caritas Hospital & Institute of Health Sciences, in association with Greenvalley Development Society and under the Caritas LIFE (Caritas Social Responsibility) initiative, successfully conducted an awareness session on “Cancer & Lifestyle Diseases” at Our Lady of Rosary Church, Chakkupallam on March 15, 2026.

The session was led by Dr. Jose Jom Thomas, Senior Specialist – Community Medicine, Caritas Hospital, who shared valuable insights on risk factors, preventive measures, and lifestyle modifications that can help reduce the risk of these diseases.

The interactive program encouraged participants to adopt healthier habits and highlighted the importance of regular health check-ups for early diagnosis and better outcomes.
