Caritas Hospital & Institute of Health Sciences, under the Caritas LIFE (Caritas Social Responsibility) initiative, successfully conducted a Basic Life Support & Common Emergency Awareness Session for the community.

The session was led by Dr. Vivek R, HOD & Senior Consultant in Emergency Medicine at Caritas Hospital & Institute of Health Sciences. Participants were trained on essential life-saving techniques and how to respond effectively during common emergencies such as road accidents and sudden cardiac arrest.

The program held at St. Mary’s Knanaya Catholic Church, Kothanalloor, Kottayam emphasized the importance of timely intervention and community awareness in saving lives.
