Caritas Hospital & Institute of Health Sciences, in association with LIFE – Caritas Social Responsibility, successfully organized an awareness session on Menstrual Hygiene at Emmaus Public School, Kaduvakulam. The session aimed to educate adolescent girls on menstrual health, hygiene practices, and breaking the stigma surrounding menstruation through open and informative discussions.

The session was led by Dr. Gayathri A V, Consultant – Community Medicine, Caritas Hospital, who emphasized the importance of proper menstrual hygiene, safe menstrual products, and creating awareness for a healthier and more confident future. The initiative reflects Caritas Hospital's continued commitment to promoting women's health and community well-being through meaningful outreach programs.
