Caritas Hospital & Institute of Health Sciences, in association with LIFE – Caritas Social Responsibility and CMS College, Kottayam, successfully organized an awareness session on "Youth, Population and Reproductive Health: Building an Informed Generation." The interactive session focused on adolescent health, mental well-being, nutrition, reproductive health, reproductive rights, and responsible decision-making, empowering students with accurate knowledge to make informed life choices.

The session was led by Dr. Gayathri A. V., Consultant – Community Medicine, Caritas Hospital, who engaged students in meaningful discussions on the importance of healthy lifestyles, informed decisions, and overall well-being. The initiative reaffirmed Caritas Hospital's commitment to promoting health awareness and nurturing a healthier, more informed generation through community outreach and education.
