International Nurses Day was celebrated on May 12 at the Diamond Jubilee Hall of Caritas Hospital in honor of the dedicated service of nurses around the world.

The program began with a welcome address by Associate Chief Nursing Officer Ms. Elsamma C.C. The inaugural ceremony was led by Rev. Dr. Binu Kunnath, Director & CEO of Caritas Hospital, by lighting the ceremonial lamp. Chief Nursing Officer Rev. Sr. Shiji Jose unveiled and spoke about this year’s Nurses Day theme. During the event, Medical Director Dr. Bobbie N. Abraham delivered the felicitation address, followed by vibrant cultural performances presented by nurses from various departments of Caritas. The celebration concluded with a vote of thanks by Nurse In-charge Ms. Binimol Jacob.
