This department is in the close network of casualty and trauma units. It offers closed reduction of fractures, fracture treatment with external fixators, corrective surgery for birth defects and mends bones, new or old. The department uses C-Arm image intensifier, Arthroscope with shaver system, ventilators etc. The department plans to adopt minimally invasive procedures for treatment of fractures and undertake more complex joint replacements. |
