The
department offers facilities for screening of patients
for kidney diseases, diagnosis and treatment of common
renal problems, Haemodialysis for acute chronic renal
failures, continuous Arterio-venous and Veno-venous
haemodialysis, Plasmapheresis CAPD for CRF, rehabilitation
and counseling. For the future, the department wishes
to embark on a programme of preventive Nephrology.
Clinical Nephrology service deals with various problems
of nephrology: G.N., Hypertension, acute and chronic
renal failure; both in-patient and outpatient. |
