The Coronary Intensive Care
Unit (CICU) has nine spacious individual cubicles
with state of art, bedside central and monitoring
having specially trained staff, 24 hours coverage
of intensive coronary care unit by physicians. |

It is provided with bedside
Echocardiogram, Ventilators and facilities for temporary
and permanent pace making. |
|
|
It is complemented by six-bedded
step down unit also. |
|
|
Non-invasive laboratory is equipped
with latest colour Doppler Echocardiogram (WIPRO
GE VIVID) that caters the needs of adult and neonatal
problems in the neighboring districts along with
computerized treadmill and Holster monitoring system.

|
The
department also has well equipped mobile coronary
intensive ambulance for safe transportation of the
critically ill cardiac patients. |

|
The department conducts special
preventive cardiac checkup, rehabilitation and follow
up programmes. |
